Terry Colquitt is a lifelong "Halebanker". Terry is a local builder, current chair of the Parish Council, founder member and current treasurer of the Friends of Halebank. Terry has spent a lifetime doing good turns in our Parish from helping to build the youth club to entertaining us with his own singing style. He is a proud Halebanker and will continue to ensure we all have a voice as well.
John Anderton is the current deputy chair of the Parish Council and has lived in Halebank for all of his life. John has a keen interest in the environment and has been active in opposing unwelcome and unnecessary development of Halebank. He has been on the Parish Council planning group monitoring development proposals.
Jayne Caslin was born in Halebank and is returning to live in the family home. Jayne, who teaches in higher education, has been a powerhouse during the pandemic, organising meals and food parcels for Halebankers who are most vulnerable, many of whom have had to self isolate. Jayne has been awarded the British Empire Medal in recognition of her efforts.
Billy Knowles has lived in Halebank since 2004. Billy has successfully managed our football teams and was manager of the first team when they won the Widnes Cup in 2019. He has always been active socially in Halebank, setting up the Halebank Golf Society a few years ago. As the manager of the Merseyview he has been at the hub of our village and wants to see everyone in Halebank get the best they can hence joining the Parish Council.
Vin Stokes is a "returner". Vin was born here and returned after living away for several years. He has always had a close interest in Halebank, having at one point sponsored the local football team. Vin was co-opted onto the Parish Council and has been very active on the planning front and in successfully dealing with noise and light pollution from industry in Halebank.
